Reform, Restore and Respect Workshop

This afternoon, our Year 6 pupils had the fantastic opportunity to take part in an inspiring Reform, Restore and Respect workshop led by the brilliant Francis Osei-Appiah.

The session sparked powerful conversations and encouraged pupils to think deeply about the choices they make and the impact those decisions can have on their futures. Through engaging discussions and thought-provoking activities, the children explored important topics including peer pressure, the consequences of crime, and how positive decision-making can shape their lives.

Our pupils impressed us with their maturity, curiosity, and confidence throughout the workshop. They asked insightful questions, communicated their ideas clearly, and participated enthusiastically in every discussion.

It was especially rewarding to see them drawing on their previous learning from PSHE lessons. Pupils spoke thoughtfully about the importance of standing up when something isn’t right, reflected on what they know about stranger danger, and considered how social media and influencers can influence the choices young people make.

A huge thank you to Francis for delivering such a dynamic and impactful workshop. It perfectly complemented the children’s ongoing learning and left them feeling empowered, reflective, and inspired.
